Become the Wind
In a world often torn between idealism and pragmatism, Ventaglio stands as a bridge. Each fan remains an artwork – unique, symbolic, and culturally charged, yet also becomes functional in the most direct way: it helps fund opportunities for women and girls. In the face of global emergencies, our conscience often calls us to act. Ventaglio offers a rare chance to do so through a simple gesture: a hand reaching for a fan.
Ventaglio is an art and philanthropy project curated by Marina Pecherskaya that transforms beauty into a force of change for women and girls. Drawing on her extensive curatorial experience, Marina brings together a collective of internationally recognised artists, each contributing a unique handmade creation – an original fan design for auction, created with full freedom of expression while embracing Ventaglio’s broader mission.
Through the charity auction, Ventaglio raises vital funds for UNICEF – real art in service of a real cause, and alongside it, collectible editions will be released to invite a wider public to participate. The result is a model that modernises charity and transforms audiences into active supporters.
Fans are to wind what matchsticks are to fire: a sliver of primal power in the palm of a hand. Once symbols of status, ritual, and private language, through Ventaglio the fan becomes more than a metaphor. It is a mechanism: an object that converts attention into funding, and funding into opportunity. Like the Butterfly Effect, where a single beat of wings can stir a gale across the world, one fan can help set forward the lives of women and girls – creating ripple effects across families, communities, and future generations. In a time when humanitarian crises can leave us speechless and powerless, Ventaglio insists that solutions are not only found in policy and institutions, but also in culture: in what people choose to value, share, and support.

Marina Pecherskaya is a curator, collector, and philanthropist who builds cultural initiatives that turn creativity into real-world care. From her early work as a gallery founder and collection curator to leading nonprofit platforms, she has championed contemporary art through exhibitions, public projects, and landmark fundraising events. Her work is guided by a simple belief: in uncertain times, creativity can carry us – connecting people, widening perspective, and prompting action.
In 2025, she founded Evermondo, an international organisation uniting cultural initiatives across disciplines to support social impact and charitable projects. Ventaglio is Evermondo’s first project: a socio-cultural art initiative that brings contemporary art and artisanal craftsmanship together as a curatorial platform and fundraising model, supporting a UNICEF-powered venture incubator for women entrepreneurs in Kenya.
Evermondo
Art is a language we all share – felt and understood beyond words.
Evermondo is an international cultural company founded in Italy in 2025 by curator, collector, and philanthropist Marina Pecherskaya. It began with one belief: art is a language we all share – felt and understood beyond words. In uncertain times, we turn to creativity not to escape, but to find clarity, closeness, and courage, Evermondo offers both a retreat, and a return.
Through projects that bring art, place, and human experience into closer dialogue, uniting contemporary creation, craftsmanship, and long-term social impact – Evermondo finds its first home in Tuscany, where an estate is being restored as an artist residency, a curated retreat, and a living showroom for collectible design and furniture.
Established as an Associazione di Promozione Sociale (APS), it supports charitable foundations so culture continues as sustained, tangible good, as it grows into a constellation of spaces where creativity is lived, experienced, and shared.
